The Neuroscience Institute (TNI) is an international cancer center of excellence based at University Hospital and the University of Cincinnati (UC) College of Medicine. It is supported by the specialists of the Mayfield Clinic (neurosurgery), UC Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, UC Department of Radiology and six other specialties. TNI features leading technology including intraoperative MRI and LEXAR stereotactic radiosurgery and treatment options in five focus areas: neuro-oncology, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, functional neuroscience and trauma. The acoustic neuroma program is multidisciplinary-based and is a primary program of our neuro-oncology program.
